Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to take on the role of a Smart Nudge Advocate within our team. As an integral member of our sales department, this position carries the essential responsibility of educating potential clients about the advantages of subscribing to HumLife360 and effectively converting them into satisfied customers.

The designation of "Advocate" emphasizes the ongoing commitment to maintaining a strong relationship with customers post-conversion. In essence, you will serve as a representative of the customer's needs and satisfaction, ensuring that their requirements are consistently met and their experiences are positive throughout their engagement with our product or service. Your role as an Advocate extends beyond the initial conversion, prioritizing the long-term relationship and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our offerings.

Responsibilities:

Client Education and Consultation:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations related to diabetes management.

  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of HumLife360's subscription services, emphasizing how it can positively impact their lives.

Subscription Enrollment:

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to enrollment in a subscription plan ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients

  • Address any concerns, objections, or questions that clients may have regarding the subscription.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in HumLife360's services.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to monitor progress and provide ongoing support.

Targets and Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.

Qualifications

  1. Passion for Empowerment: A genuine passion for helping individuals with diabetes lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

  2. Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

  3. Empathy: High degree of empathy and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

  4. Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, preferably in healthcare or wellness-related industries.

  5. Diabetes Knowledge: Basic understanding of diabetes management principles and a willingness to learn more.

  6. Consultative Approach: Ability to listen actively, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.

  7. Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage client interactions and meet sales targets.

  8. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with various teams and contribute to the overall success of HumLife360.

Other requirements for this job (All locations)

  • A bachelor's degree in a science-related or management field is required.

  • At least four years of experience is ideal; however, candidates with a strong service ethic, including recent graduates, are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience or knowledge in diabetes management is preferred.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.

  • Ability to create and deliver clear presentations to groups, individuals, and clients.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, as well as web research and mobile device navigation.

  • Exceptional communication skills are required.

  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory.

  • Must have access to a laptop, mobile phone, and reliable internet connection at home.
