About Your Role

Your role will involve interacting with customers to gather their daily lifestyle data, with a particular focus on those who have not entered their data for two consecutive days.

It's important to note that your primary task of motivating customers to capture their daily blood sugar as well as recall data requires a combination of empathy, genuine affinity for people and family values, a willingness to go the extra mile to assist others, as well as the professionalism to recognize when to stop. You will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for your role, and will also participate in refresher classes at least three times a year to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Reviewing all customers who have not entered data for the past two days.

  2. Contacting the customer to engage in a conversation aimed at encouraging data entry. If unsuccessful, requesting them to provide the information verbally over the phone.

  3. Capturing this data accurately into the database.

  4. Generating documentation for analysis and reporting purposes.

Other requirements for this job (All locations)

  1. A bachelor's degree in a science-related field is required.

  2. Experience is ideal; however, candidates with a strong service ethic, including recent graduates, and freshers are encouraged to apply.

  3. Experience or knowledge in diabetes management is preferred.

  4. Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.

  5. Skills in MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, as well as web research and mobile device navigation are preferred

  6. Exceptional communication skills are required.

  7. Fluency in Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory. English is preferred.

  8. Must have access to a laptop, mobile phone, and reliable internet connection at home.
